ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø ONLINE: A total of 849 graduates or alumni of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) successfully secured employment with Maybank after completing their studies at this university.
At present, two of the alumni occupies key positions within the upper echelons of Maybank's management.
This was disclosed by the Group's Chief Human Capital Officer, Datuk Nora Abd Manaf during the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and Maybank held at the OYAGSB Postgraduate Studio on Monday.
At the MoU signing ceremony, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Mohd Foad Sakdan represented ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø while Maybank was represented Datuk Nora, who is also an adjunct professor at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
According to him, he is proud in announcing that the collaboration between ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and Maybank enhances the skill set of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø students and bridges the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements through various initiative which have been proven fruitful.
"This encouraging development can be seen with their success in holding high positions in Maybank.
"These instances prove how great the benefits of our collaboration are to improve the quality of students and mould them to become the future leaders of the industry and the country," he said.
According to Datuk Nora, the two ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø alumni who hold prominent positions in Maybank’s upper echelon are Mr. Azizul Kamarudin serving the position of Head of Vehicle Financing and Mr. Nandha Kumar Subramaniam who holds the position of Director of Strategic Programmes - Sustainability.
In addition, other ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø alumni who have demonstrated excellence at Maybank are Ms. Nor Nabilah Natasha Mohamad Rafiene who serves the position of Personal Financial Advisor and Ms. Dalili Zulaikha Mohd Zahurin (Bachelor of Human Resource Management) who is an intern in the Group's Human Capital Department.
