窪蹋勛圖厙 ONLINE: More than 2,500 students enlivened the Ikon Madani Townhall at the Kedah and Perlis state level, which was officiated by the Ministry of Home Affair, Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail at 窪蹋勛圖厙 (窪蹋勛圖厙) Muadzam Shah Hall on Saturday.
They comprised students from 窪蹋勛圖厙, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and UiTM Perlis, Arau Campus.
According to Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution, students make up a significant group that have the maturity to reason and can make judgement and are qualified to participate in the process of determining the future of the country through elections.
I urge them to not be swayed by influences, but instead adopt principles when taking a stance on a particular matter. Hence, we ought to provide guidance to this group so they can make better decisions.
In this dialogue session, I shared the current state of development with students, and they demonstrated courage in their willingness to inquire and exchange information. This dialogue provided an opportunity for me to explain the actual situation based on facts. So, during the dialogue, they were given the opportunity to unravel issues and obtain reasonable explanations, he said.
The Ikon Madani Townhall held at the Kedah and Perlis state level, was organised by Yayasan Prihatin Nasional (PRIHATIN) in collaboration with Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation and Yayasan Taqwa Wilayah Persekutuan.
