ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø ONLINE: For the first time, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) through its Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (OYAGSB) has been listed in the QS World University Rankings (QSWUR): Global MBA 2021 at the 201+ position which in one fell swoop placed ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø as the 27th best university in Asia.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Ahmad Bashawir Abdul Ghani said that ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's aspiration of positioning OYAGSB as the Top Business School by 2025 has become a reality with its listing in the QSWUR.

"Indeed, I am deeply honoured and extremely delighted for OYAGSB's successful listing at the international level which has indirectly given recognition to the graduate school on the world stage.

"OYAGSB has its own reputation and quality, therefore I am confident it can elevate the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø brand to a higher level," he said.

According to him, the achievement attained was the result of the remarkable hard work rendered by the denizens of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, particularly OYAGSB in its quest to elevate itself to a higher level.

The Vice-Chancellor also expressed hopes that this momentum can be continued and maintained in order to ensure that ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø can continue to move forward and be able to realize OYAGSB’s aspiration of attaining the Triple Crown status, apart from being crowned the Top Business School.

“It is also my fervent hope to see OYAGSB, together with ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Kuala Lumpur Campus (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøKL) and PACE will move together so that the aspiration of making ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøKL as the Crown Jewel of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø a reality.

"This dream will definitely come true after OYAGSB successfully attains the AACSB and AMBA, followed by EQUIS by 2025," he said.

QSWUR Assessment: Global MBA 2021 adopts five (5) indicators categorized into five main categories namely Employability, Return on Investment, Entrepreneurship & Alumni Outcomes, Thought Leadership and Class & Faculty Diversity.
